Feels like we might be moving from loss prevention… to loss investigation.
If AI does what it says — more incidents flagged, more behaviours detected — then what? More alerts = more cases. More cases = more follow-up.
Do LP teams become investigators? And if that happens… does anything actually change?
Do we see more legal action, more offenders held accountable, more public awareness that “you will be caught” or just more footage… sitting there?
Genuine question — does better detection lead to behaviour change… or just more work?
