Every journey has to start somewhere...

A journey of 100 stores might start with securing three cabinets in one of them.

In my experience, the best time to solve a retail security problem is before the brief is written. Before quantities are counted, products specified and definitely before someone requests a price for 100 stores. The smartest LP professionals I see identify the highest-risk areas first and test a few different solutions in one store first. They find out what actually works — for the cabinetry, the installers and, most importantly, the store team.

Then write the rollout brief. A better brief usually produces a better rollout.
